The charge for your Basic-Bits.com order
will appear on your credit card statement as
Basic-Bits Leather Company.
Invoice
Your order confirmation includes your
invoice. Please keep this for your records.
In the event that you have misplaced it,

will send a copy to you. Our hours of

Order Status
You can find out the status of your order
any time by clicking on the "Review and

Click on the order number you're interested

Can't Find a Product?
You can still order a favorite product, even
though you don't find it online. We like to
offer new or seasonal products, like
Roping Saddles,
Circle Y Saddles,
Barrel Saddles, or
Saddle Pads, and
sometimes not every product available is
listed online. If you don't see what you're
looking for, call us at (254) 799-2522 and
ask for it by name and manufacturer. Our
hours of operation are Monday – Saturday
10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Central Time. We will
do our best to get it for you.
Payment Options
Basic-Bits.com accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, and E-Check via
Paypal. Checks and Money Orders are
accepted. Orders do not ship until payment
has cleared. All prices are displayed and
charged in U.S. currency.
Sales Tax
Basic-Bits Leather Company is required to
collect sales tax on orders shipped to
Texas. The appropriate state and local tax
rate will be charged on the price of the
purchased items and, where required by law,
on shipping and handling charges.
If you are making an exempt purchase,
please call customer service at

documentation (e.g. Resale/Exemption
Certificate) to claim your exemption.

Returning/Exchanging Catalog or Web
Purchases at a Basic-Bits Leather Company
Items returned are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees
are non-refundable. Items that are not in
new condition will not be accepted. Special
order and custom items may not be eligible
for refund.
Back Orders
We make every effort to ship orders in a
timely fashion. In the event that you select
a back ordered item, your order may be
divided into multiple shipments, as we will
ship products that are immediately available
from our inventory. Charges for back ordered
items will not be applied to your credit
card until we actually ship them to you;
there is no need to re-order. Additionally,
you will be charged for shipping only once.
