Shipping Options:
Basic-Bits.com offers 3 shipping options
for delivery in the 48 contiguous U.S., USPS
priority mail, Fed-Ex ground and Fed-Ex Next
Day. Fed-Ex shipping is not available to:
P.O. Boxes.
For international orders, outside the United
States and Canada, please call

Orders typically ship our
Western Saddles,
Horse Saddles,
English Saddles,
Roping Saddles,
Circle Y Saddles,
Barrel Saddles and
Saddle Pads from our warehouse
within 24-48 business hours of submitting an
order, excluding weekends. Expedited
orders placed after 2 p.m. Central Time will
not be shipped until the following business
day. Next Day air packages arrive by end
of day on the first full business day after
shipment. Shipments are delivered Monday
through Saturday(USPS only). In most cases,
when using USPS priority mail, you should
receive your products within 3-6 days of
purchase. Deliveries to some locations may
take longer.
Additional Charges:
- Oversized items require an
additional shipping charge of $6 per
item.
- Heavyweight charges may apply.
- Saddles require an additional
shipping charge of $8 per saddle.
- For non-contiguous U.S.
orders--orders that are shipped to
Alaska, Hawaii, we require a shipping
surcharge of $15.00 per order.
- Orders that are shipped to Canada,
require a shipping surcharge of $15.00
plus a $4 packing and handling brokerage
fee per order.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed,
unconditionally. Should you wish to make
a return, please ship the item and your
packing slip to:

Return orders are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Shipping is
non-refundable unless the item is being
returned as a result of our error
(damaged, defective, wrong item sent,
etc.). For your protection, we encourage
you to send your return via Fed-Ex.
Return packages must be prepaid; we
cannot accept COD. If you request a
refund, your credit card will be
credited within 48 hours of processing
your return. Please note on the packing
slip why you decided to return our
product so that we can improve our
service.
Alternatively, you may return (or
exchange) items purchased from the
Basic-Bits Leather Company catalog or
Basic-Bits.com at Basic-Bits store. If
you return an item with receipt for
refund, the method of refund will be the
same as the original payment method.
Order is Damaged, Defective or the
Wrong Item Was Shipped:
If the order is damaged, defective or
the wrong item was shipped, please save
the carton and all the packing material
as well as the item. Notify us
immediately at (254)799-2522 so we can
instruct you on the proper handling of
the merchandise. This will ensure the
quickest replacement.
